My husband and I relocated to the Austin area after 24 years in Oklahoma. It was a stressful time that was suddenly made more so when we got an offer on our OK home and needed to find a house in Leander quickly. Carla spent the weekend with us, showing us houses and listening to our wants and needs--which we hadn't even been sure of until we started looking. She found us the perfect house and made the relocation process as simple as can be. She's continued to be a valuable resource for us. I can't recommend Carla Ramm highly enough.

If you need an awesome realtor to help with buying, selling and getting your place ready to sell fast, I highly recommend Carla Ramm with Keller-Williams—especially in the Cedar Park and Leander area. She’s patient, knows her stuff and a consummate professional. The house Carla helped us purchase in Leader is our fourth home--and we were picky buyers with some specific, and sometimes atypical, requests. We were also open to looking in a variety of locations. All of which is to say, it was not a particularly simple matter to narrow and search and find what we really wanted. And yet, we did, and Carla was exceptionally patient and helpful throughout, especially in the negotiation phases. Carla also helped us with recommendations and referrals to get our Cedar Park home ready to sell, and she managed to sell it quickly and with minimum time on the market, even though it had a challenging location. She helped us get it in top shape and price it appropriately to sell quickly.
We had seen Carla Ramm work in our neighborhood for many years, so we knew she really knew the area. After 20 years, our home needed a lot before going on the market, especially as it bordered a busy intersection. After we moved into our new home a short distance away (which she helped with), she advised us on what we needed to do to the home and, importantly, what we did NOT need to do. We needed to pull wallpaper and redo all three bathrooms and the kitchen, as well as update fixtures throughout the house. She helped with a General Contractor, painter, plumber, etc., all of whom were excellent. Also helped pick and purchase the new fixtures, brought in staging furniture, and had other suggestions as well, all the while watching our budget. As a result, we spent less than we thought and had multiple full-price offers after the first open house. We closed the sale no more 5-6 weeks after going on market
Carla is someone you will want to represent you, whether buying or selling your home. She is HONEST and will tell you the truth at all times. She is a hard worker and will represent you well. We had a very difficult property to sell and she got us a good price for it in a reasonably short period of time. We HIGHLY recommend her.
